We played at Cato's for the first time in many months in March.  They liked us and are having us play the last Wednesday of every month. Cato's is a beer and wine place with a lot of good bar grub as well. Their beer selection is excellent, and you can bring your kids if you wish. This gig features Hal Richards on woodwinds and Michael Emenau on vibraphone.

This is a great gig. The band is really developing - on this gig we regularly get into "the zone," where we feel like something really special is happening with the music. The response of the staff and the clientele has been great.

The gig has been extended due to the response we've been getting and because the staff really digs the band. Greg Sankovich is on piano and Tim Solook on drums.

We have been here since last July and are building a steady clientele. Tip: If you want to hear us, you can reserve a table in the bar by the band.

This is always a fun gig. Jupiter is a very popular place - they've got an excellent beer selection, food, a patio area, and lots of attractive twentysomethings. It's near the UC campus and is easily accessible by BART. This will be a trio date with Tim Solook on drums and Greg Sankovich on piano. We'll be playing outdoors as it's summer. Have some beer and food, people watch or hang out with friends, and listen to us play.

Please note this show is happening on Jupiter's summer schedule. This means we start at 8 and stop at 11 PM.

Greg Sankovich also plays at Jupiter in the jazz/funk quartetTimes 4. This group can really tear it up. Greg is very much a groove-oriented player, and this band gives him a chance to really work out his rhythm chops. Also featured in the band is saxophonist Lincoln Adler, who occasionally plays with us. Lincoln's got a big sound, lots of energy, and like Greg is one of the nicest guys you are likely to meet.

This will be a quintet gig sponsored by the Market Street Association and will feature the full band, including Hal Richards on woodwinds, Tim Solook on drums, Greg Sankovich on keyboards, and Johannes Mager on trombone. It's free, it's outdoors, the weather should be nice, and it's a rare chance to hear the full quintet in action.

This is a lovely old bar and grill, founded 1908. It's right across from the Palace Hotel and is right by the Montgomery Street BART station. It's an easy place to have an after-work drink if you work downtown. Greg Sankovich will be on piano and Tom Griesser will be featured on clarinet. Tom is an old friend of mine and we played in several groups together, including Section 8 Project and 3 Go T. Tom currently plays with the Marcus Shelby Orchestra, 3 Go T, and has also been active with Brass Monkey and the New Morty Show.

Greg also plays with the jazz/funk group Times 4. This group can really tear it up. Also featured in the band is saxophonist Lincoln Adler, who occasionally plays with us.

This is our first gig at the Hedley Club. The Hotel De Anza is considered one of the nicest jazz venues in the South Bay. I'll be playing there with Greg Sankovich on piano and Kevin Mummey on drums.
